At Medical Japan, we have adopted a complete reservation system to ensure that patients can fully concentrate on their treatment. For this reason,
same-day or previous-day appointment changes or cancellations
cause inconvenience to other patients and incur staff labor costs, so a cancellation fee will apply.
Details of the cancellation fees are as follows:

For appointment changes or cancellations, please contact us by phone no later than the day before.

If cancellation fees are not paid, or if repeated same-day changes or cancellations occur, future reservations may be restricted to same-day appointments only, or we may not be able to accept reservations at all. Please be aware of this in advance.
